摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展和生产力水平的提高,在我国高等教育逐渐普及化的今天,高等教育工作管理体制决定着高校是否能够在不断发展的教育领域中取得良好成果,也决定着我国知识青年在客观方面中能够接受到的知识品质。大学管理体制的改革与发展迫在眉睫,本文就大学管理的科层化及其实践困境进行一系列讨论研究。With the development of science and technology and the improvement of productivity,the management system of higher education determines whether colleges and universities can achieve good results in the constantly developing field of education,and also determines the knowledge quality that the educated youth can accept objectively.The reform and development of university management system is imminent.This paper discusses the bureaucratization of university management and its practical dilemma.
