摘  要:建设高等教育强国的进程中,浙江高等教育实现由小到大,并逐步由弱向强,形成了合并重组、借力成长、扎根创新、集聚发展、民办促进、战略推动等六大省域高教治理模式。浙江高教强省建设中的困境,具有我国高教强国建设的代表性,这些问题体现在:高等教育对经济社会发展的贡献不足、区域对高等教育建设的支撑不足、区域高等教育的自身发育程度不足等。解决这些问题需要系统、战略思维,要坚持历史逻辑、现实和理论逻辑的有机统一,并继续通过国家治理的省域实践为高等教育发展助力。In the process of building a powerful country in higher education,Zhejiang's higher education has developed rapidly in size and scale into a strong power in higher education,forming six provincial higher learning governance models:merger and reorganization,introduction and growth,innovation,cluster development,private promotion,and strategy drive.Whereas,it has also encountered difficulties in the construction of its powerful higher education,as indicated in the other regions’development of colleges and universities,in the aspects of insufficient contribution of higher education to economic and social development,inadequate regional support,and the stagnant self-development of regional higher education.To solve these problems,we need systematic strategic way of thinking,organic unity of historical logic,reality and theoretical logic,and continue to help the development of higher education through the provincial practice of national governance.
