摘 要:国际海事组织全球限硫令2020年1月1日起生效实施,船舶废气脱硫系统是被认可的履约技术之一,其技术可行性和经济性是船东关心的重要因素.本文对比分析了主流的船用柴油机废气脱硫技术,认为混合式脱硫系统具有较好的技术适用性.进一步运用全寿命周期费用分析法进行了经济性研究,重点分析了高低硫油价差对镁基混合式废气脱硫系统投资回收期和净现值的影响.结果表明,船舶脱硫系统在当前油价处于历史低位时仍有较好的经济性,随着油价回升,船舶脱硫系统将具有巨大的市场潜力.The International Maritime Organization’s global sulfur restriction order came into effect on January 1st,2020.The exhaust gas cleaning system(EGCS)is one of the approved performance technologies,and its technical feasibility and economy are important factors that ship owners care about.In this paper,the mainstream EGCSs are compared and analyzed.The hybrid EGCS is identified to have good technical applicability.Furthermore,an economic research by the life cycle cost analysis was carried out and the impact of the price difference between high and low sulfur oil on the investment payback period and net present value of the magnesium-based hybrid EGCS was analyzed.The results show that even if the oil price is at a historical low level,the EGCS still has good economics.With the recovery of oil prices,the EGCS will have huge market potential.
