膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗联合中药熏洗治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究对膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗联合中药熏洗治疗的临床效果分析。方法选择2019年8月1日至2020年8月1日在中山市中医院门诊接受治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例。其中接受透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗联合氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服治疗的患者为对照组,接受透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗联合中药熏洗治疗的患者为治疗组。比较两组治疗效果、疼痛、膝关节症状以及炎性因子情况。结果观察组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IKDC以及Tegner评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α与CRP的值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者应用透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗联合中药熏洗治疗可显著提高治疗效果,患者的膝关节功能得以有效改善,临床应用价值显著。Objective To probe into the clinical efficacy analysis of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with herbal fumigation in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 120 patients were selected as the subjects of this study,all of whom were patients with knee osteoarthritis receiving treatment in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic from August 1,2019 to August 1,2020.The random number table method was adopted to group these patients,with 60 patients in each group.Patients who received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with oral glucosamine capsules were set as the control group,and patients who received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with herbal fumigation were set as the observation group.The efficacies,pain,knee symptoms and inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The score of International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)and Tegner score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The values of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with herbal fumigation in patients with knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the efficacy and effectively restore the function of the knee joint of patients,which has significant application value in clinic.
