摘　　要：目的探讨高危妊娠妇女区域产科联盟内互联网+远程胎心监护中心服务模式的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2020年8月广东省中山市博爱医院产科收治的512例高危妊娠妇女,根据远程无刺激胎心监护(NST)情况,分为研究组(行NST,n=375)和对照组(常规胎心监护,n=137)。比较两组胎动异常发生率、NST异常检出率、妊娠结局、满意度等。结果研究组NST异常检出率为40.00%,高于对照组的14.60%(P<0.05);两组胎动异常发生率、分娩方式比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良围生儿结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论NST应用于高危妊娠妇女有利于提高其自我监护意识和自我监护效果,改善妊娠结局和满意度,减轻医护资源压力。Objective To investigate the application effect of the service mode of internet plus remote fetal heart monitoring center in the regional obstetric alliance of high-risk pregnant women.Methods The data of 512 high-risk pregnant women admitted to and treated in the department of obstetrics of Bo'ai Hospital of Zhongshan from July 2018 to August 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the situation of no stimulation fetal heart rate monitoring(NST),they were divided into the study group(with NST,n=375)and the control group(with conventional fetal heart monitoring,n=137).The incidence of abnormal fetal movement,abnormal detection rate of NST,pregnancy outcome and satisfaction were statistically compared between the two groups.Results The abnormal detection rate of NST in the study group was 40.00%,which was higher than 14.60%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of abnormal fetal movement and delivery mode between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse perinatal outcome in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of NST in high-risk pregnant women is conducive to increasing their self-monitoring awareness and self-monitoring effect,improving pregnancy outcome and satisfaction,and reducing the pressure on medical resources.
