摘　　要：目的探究PDCA循环法在抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药规范化管理中的应用及效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年5月我院各科收治的肿瘤患者164例,随机分成两组,每组各82例,对照组接受常规抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药管理,研究组则在常规管理基础上开展PDCA循环法。对比两组患者辅助用药期间的差错情况、用药服务满意情况和不合理应用情况。结果研究组的选用药品不合理、用法用量不合理、给药途径及药品剂型不合理和重复给药等差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的用药服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的各抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药不合理应用率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药规范化管理中开展PDCA循环法可以明显降低用药差错的发生率和各抗肿瘤药物及其辅助用药不合理应用率,进而提高患者及家属对用药服务的满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application and efficacy of PDCA circulation method in standardized management of anti-tumor drugs with their adjuvant medication.Methods A total of 164 cancer patients admitted to and treated in various departments of our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=82)and the study group(n=82).The control group was treated with conventional antitumor drugs with their adjuvant medication,while the study group was treated with PDCA circulation method based on conventional management.The errors,satisfaction of medication service and unreasonable application of the two groups of patients during adjuvant medication were compared.Results The error rate of irrational drug selection,irrational usage and dosage,irrational administration route and drug dosage form and repeated administration in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medication service in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The irrational use rate of anti-tumor drugs with their auxiliary drugs in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the standardized management of anti-tumor drugs with their adjuvant medication,PDCA circulation method can significantly reduce the incidence of medication errors and the irrational use rate of anti-tumor drugs with their auxiliary drugs,and further improve the satisfaction of patients and their families with medication services,which is worthy of promotion and application.
