摘　　要：在信息化条件下,本研究以提高病案管理人员自主学习能力出发,分析了在信息化条件下病案管理人员在自主学习方面面临的机遇和挑战。病案管理人员提高自主学习能力需要做到在客观层面上改变学习方式和学习渠道等;在主观方面上培养自身学习的需求和学习习惯等。本文对医院病案管理人员自主学习能力的现状进行分析,提出培养病案管理人员自主学习习惯、提高自主学习能力的思路和对策,以及完善评价自主学习能力和效果的指标体系,包括对病案管理人员的知识、能力、素质和态度的综合评价。这些措施的落实和评价体系的完善可以提高病案管理人员的学术水平和管理能力,使他们养成自主学习习惯,有利于病案管理学科的长远发展。Starting from the improvement of autonomous learning ability of medical record managers,this study analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by medical record managers in terms of autonomous learning under the conditions of informationization.To improve the autonomous learning ability,medical record managers need to change their learning methods and learning channels at the objective level,and develop their own learning needs and learning habits at the subjective level.This paper analyzes the status quo of autonomous learning ability of medical record managers,and put forward ideas and countermeasures for cultivating autonomous learning habits and improving autonomous learning ability of medical record managers,as well as perfect the index system for evaluating autonomous learning ability and effect,including comprehensive evaluation of knowledge,ability,quality and attitude of medical record managers.The implementation of these measures and the perfection of the evaluation system can improve the academic level and management ability of medical record managers,and enable them to develop the habit of autonomous learning,which is conducive to the long-term development of the discipline of medical record management.
