用中成药半脚料及药渣培育的功能马铃薯和洋葱药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察用小半夏汤中成药半脚料及药渣培育的马铃薯(功能马铃薯)和洋葱(功能洋葱)对成年雄性水貂的止吐作用。方法成年雄性水貂随机分成4组(n=6):对照组、恩丹司琼组和功能马铃薯低、高剂量组,分别给予马铃薯(30 g/kg,ig)、阳性药物恩丹司琼(7.5 mg/kg,ip)和功能马铃薯(10、30 g/kg,ig),在水貂呕吐模型观察72 h内干呕及呕吐次数。功能洋葱实验方法同功能马铃薯。结果功能马铃薯和洋葱抑制水貂干呕(P﹤0.05),并减少呕吐次数。结论功能马铃薯和洋葱在水貂呕吐模型有止吐作用,这对中成药半脚料及药渣综合利用研发绿色生态循环功能食品有价值。Objective To study the antiemetic effect of functional Solanum tuberosum and functional Allium cepa Cultirated with half scrap and medicine residue prepared by traditional Chinese patent medicine of small Pinelliae decoction in male minks.Methods Adult male minks were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=6),the control group,the positive control group,the low-dose and high-dose functional Solanum tuberosum treatment groups.Each group was given ordinary Solanum tuberosum(30 g/kg,ig),ondansetron(7.5 mg/kg,ig)ip and functional Solanum tuberosum(10、30 g/kg,ig),respectively every day.Subsequently,the number of retching and vomiting times within 72 hours in the model of mink vomiting induced by cisplatin was observed.Functional Allium cepa experiment is the same as functional Solanum tuberosum method.Results Functional Solanum tuberosum and Allium cepa could reduce the frequency of retching induced by cisplatin(within 72 h)in the minks(P<0.05),also decrease the frequency of vomiting.Conclusion The functional Solanum tuberosum and functional Allium cepa have auxiliary antiemetic effects,The results are developing green ecological cycle functional foods,by using Chinese patent medicine half scrap and medicine residue.
