摘 要:目的观察生黄精与炆黄精水提液对脾虚小鼠的胃肠动力和血清中胃肠激素水平的影响,比较其健脾作用的强弱。方法将昆明小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、生黄精组及炆黄精组,每组12只。通过苦寒泻下结合饥饱失常法建立脾虚小鼠模型,造模成功后,给药组灌胃给与生黄精与炆黄精水提液,正常组及模型组灌胃等量的生理盐水。实验过程中观察小鼠一般体征的变化;末次给药后,测定各组小鼠胃排空率及小肠推进率。ELISA法检测各组小鼠血清中胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、P物质(SP)含量。结果与正常组比较,模型组小鼠的体质量、摄食量、摄水量、胃排空率及小肠推进率显著降低(P<0.05);血清中MTL、SP含量显著降低(P<0.05),VIP含量显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,生黄精组与炆黄精组小鼠的体质量、摄食量、摄水量均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),小鼠胃排空率与小肠推进率显著增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),小鼠血清中MTL、SP含量显著升高,VIP含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),炆黄精组各指标的恢复程度优于生黄精组。结论生黄精与炆黄精均可提高脾虚小鼠的胃肠运动功能,改善脾虚小鼠胃肠激素水平,从而起到健脾作用,以炆黄精效果最佳。该研究为炆黄精的炮制原理及临床合理使用黄精饮片提供了实验依据。Objective To observe the effects of Polygonatum cyrtonema and braising of Polygonatum cyrtonema on gastrointestinal motility and hormonal readiness in spleen-deficiency mouse,and compare the strength of their spleen strengthening effects.Methods The Kunming mice were randomly divided into a normal group,a model group,a Polygonatum group and a braised polygonatum group with 12 mice in each group,establishing a mouse model of spleen deficiency,after successful model building,the drug group was given Polygonatum cyrtonema and the braising of Polygonatum cyrtonema by gavage.During the experiment,the general physical signs of the mice were observed;after the last administration,the gastric emptying rate and the small intestine advancement rate was calculated.ELISA method was used to detect the MTL,VIP and SP in the serum of each group of mice.Results Compared with the normal group,the body weight,food intake,water intake,gastric emptying rate,and small intestinal propulsion rate of mice in the model group were significantly reduced(P<0.05);serum MTL and SP levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05),VIP increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the body weight,food intake,and water intake of the mice in the Polygonatum rhizome group and the Polygonatum stew group increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the rate of gastric emptying and small intestinal advancement in mice increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the contents of MTL and SP in the serum of mice were significantly increased,and the content of VIP was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The recovery of each index in the Polygonatum cyrtonema group was better than that of the braised Polygonatum cyrtonema group.Conclusion Both the Polygonatum cyrtonema and braised Polygonatum cyrtonema can improve the gastrointestinal motility of mice with spleen deficiency and improve the level of gastrointestinal hormones in the mice with spleen deficiency,thereby invigorating the spleen.The stewed rhizome has the best effect.This study provides exper
