从“万物出乎震”谈肝气对肠道菌群的始动疏调作用

摘　　要：近年来,肠道菌群以其广泛的功能作用范围受到越来越多的关注与研究,但其功能的脏腑归属一直争议不断。为探究其脏腑归属与主导,作者遂查阅古籍与文献,发现肠道菌群属于中医学"虫"的范畴,而《周易》中有"万物出乎震"之说。究其生理特性与功能主导,皆与震卦和肝藏象相合,且肝气之功对肠道菌群具有始动疏调的作用。因此从调肝的角度出发,或可为临床上因肠道菌群失调所引发的病证提供新的治疗思路。In recent years,intestinal microflora has attracted more and more attention and research because of its wide range of functions,but the function of the viscera has been controversial.In order to explore the attribution of viscera and the dominant function,the author consulted ancient books and literature.It is found that the intestinal microflora belongs to the category of"insects"in TCM,and there is a saying in the book of changes that"everything is out of shock".Its physiological characteristics and dominant functions are consistent with hexagram Zhen and visceral manifestation of liver.Moreover,the function of liver Qi has the effect of initial power and regulation on intestinal microflora.Therefore,from the perspective of regulating liver,it may be able to provide new treatment ideas for clinical diseases caused by intestinal microflora imbalance.
