法理视角下基层社会治理标准化探讨——以“枫桥经验”为例

摘　　要：基层社会治理是法理研究的重要内容之一。而当前社会,标准化是重要的发展方向,其在基层社会治理领域发挥着重要的作用。“枫桥经验”充分体现了基层社会治理标准化的特点。然而,推进基层社会治理标准化存在着一定的局限性,具体体现在标准化的制定、实施和推广三方面。笔者以此作为出发点,提出推进基层社会治理标准化的建议,即改善制定机制、完善实施过程和进行合理推广。文章在借鉴吸收“枫桥经验”标准化的基础上,探索基层社会治理标准化道路。Grassroots social governance is one of the important contents of legal research.In the current society,standardization is an important development direction and plays an important role in the field of grassroots social governance.The“Fengqiao Experience”fully embodies the characteristics of the standardization of grassroots social governance,but there are still some limitations in advancing the standardization of grassroots social governance,which are embodied in the formulation,implementation and promotion of standardization.With this as a starting point,the author of this paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting the standardization of grassroots social governance,namely,improving the formulation mechanism,perfecting the implementation process,and implementing the reasonable promotion.Based on the standardization experience of“Fengqiao Experience”,this paper explores the standardization path of grassroots social governance.
