铁路货运中心危险货物运输安全问题以及管控对策

摘　　要：现阶段,铁路危险货物运输存在的问题主要体现在业务办理、运输管理、应急救援等相关工作层面上。铁路货运中心为提升危险货物运输安全,需对危险货物运输所存在的问题做出细致分析和判断。首先,铁路货运中心需识别问题,即风险源;其次,铁路货运中心应准确评估风险等级,采取相应的防范管控措施。本文对铁路货运中心危险货物运输存在的问题进行了分析,并探讨了铁路危险货物运输中所存在的风险源,同时对风险程度进行了评估,根据评估结果探讨了相应的安全对策,指出了为降低危险货物运输风险,铁路货运中心应采取的具体方法和措施。At this stage,the problems existing in railway transportation of dangerous goods are mainly reflected in related work levels such as business handling,transportation management,and emergency rescue.In order to improve the safety of the transportation of dangerous goods,the railway freight center needs to make detailed analysis and judgments on the problems in the transportation of dangerous goods.First,the railway freight center needs to identify the problem,that is,the source of risk;second,the railway freight center should accurately assess the risk level and take corresponding preventive control measures.This article analyzes the problems in the transportation of dangerous goods in the railway freight center,and discusses the risk sources in the transportation of dangerous goods in the railway.At the same time,the risk level is evaluated,and the corresponding safety countermeasures are discussed based on the evaluation results.To reduce the risk of dangerous goods transportation,the railway freight center should adopt specific methods and measures.
