摘　　要：沿海水体赤潮灾害是一种常见的海洋灾害现象,赤潮灾害会给沿海的居民生活、经济及生态环境造成严重的影响。本文通过分析沿海赤潮水体及相邻水体的光谱特征,提出了利用MODIS遥感影像数据建立波段运算模型,经过影像的灰度分割,提取了沿海区赤潮灾害信息。结果表明,该方法所提取的赤潮灾害信息与中国海洋灾害公报的信息吻合。Coastal red tide is a common marine disaster.Red tide disaster will have a serious impact on coastal residents'life,economy and ecological environment.By analyzing the spectral characteristics of red tide water and its surrounding water bodies,this paper proposes to establish a band operation model using MODIS remote sensing image data,and extract the red tide disaster information in coastal areas through image gray segmentation.The results show that the red tide disaster information extracted by this method is consistent with the information of China marine disaster bulletin.
