摘　　要：在科学技术水平高速发展的今天,环境问题日益凸显,不难发现,环境问题在很大程度上影响了产品质量,因此,企业为了顺应社会环境保护的大趋势,为了降低企业在各个环节的成本,为了迎合消费者的心理,以提升企业的经济效益,企业开始将环境保护考虑到企业的生产运作中,加快重点实施绿色供应链管理。但是,随着市场全球化的发展,供应链管理越来越复杂,以至于增加了很多不确定因素,这就影响了绿色供应链管理的具体实施。With the rapid development of science and technology today,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,and it is not difficult to find that environmental problems have largely affected product quality.Therefore,in order to comply with the general trend of social environmental protection,enterprises are in order to reduce their costs in all aspects.In order to cater to the psychology of consumers and improve the economic benefits of enterprises,enterprises have begun to take environmental protection into account in their production and operations,and accelerate the implementation of green supply chain management.However,with the development of market globalization,supply chain management has become more and more complex,so that many uncertain factors have been added,which affects the specific implementation of green supply chain management.
