摘　　要：国家电网公司的公共数据模型(SG-CIM)已经更新至4.8版本,但在很多领域仍未足够精细。基于项目管理业务给出一种建模的技术路线,并就模型的应用给出建议;以华东分部的各业务系统中关于项目管理部分的信息为依据,以业务流程为导向;参考IEC 61968-100标准中InfERPSupport包中的类,以及企业资源计划(ERP)中对于组织和人员的描述,使得给出的模型能够抽象项目管理全业务;最后基于该领域模型完成基于开放应用程序组集成规范(OAGIS)的系统间信息交互设计。The State Grid Corporation's public data model(SG-CIM)has been updated to version 4.8,but it is still not sufficiently detailed in many areas.In this paper a modeling idea based on the project management business is proposed to give some suggestions on the application of the model;based on the information about the project management part of the business systems of the East China branch,and briented by business process;reference by the class of InfERPSup-port package in IEC 61968-100 standard,and the description of organization and personnel in the enterprise resource planning(ERP),so that the whole business of project management is a bstracted finally the design of information inter-action between systems is compeleted based on the open application group integration specification(OAGIS).
