摘 要:为做好高速铁路投资控制和设计方案经济比选,遵循铁路工程定额编制原则和相关造价管理规定,通过对缺项定额子目基础数据的采集和分析,尤其对高速铁路40m箱梁预制、运输、架设当中1000 t级大型工装设备工效的追踪调查,取得“1000 t级大型工装设备的工效与900 t级大型工装设备的工效一致”和“40m箱梁预制周期与32 m箱梁预制周期达到同等水平”的结论,并以此完成1000 t级大型工装设备机具台班费用分析、补充单价分析,填补了高速铁路40m简支箱梁运架分离方案造价体系缺项;同时通过具体设计实例,完成40m箱梁与32 m箱梁设计方案及运架分离的经济分析,提出相应的设计方案经济比选思路,可供类似建设项目设计参考。To do well in the investment control of high-speed railway and selecting a more economical design schemes,this paper follows the compilation principle of railway engineering quote and relevant cost management regulations.Through the collection and analysis the basic data of the missing item quota sub-items,especially the follow-up survey of the efficiency of 1000 t-class large tooling equipment in the prefabrication,transportation and erection of 40m box girder of high-speed railway,this paper summarizes the conclusion that"the work efficiency of 1000 t large-scale tooling equipment is consistent with that of 900 t large-scale tooling equipment"and"the prefabrication cycles are in the same level between 40m and 32 m box girder".Based on this conclusion,the cost analysis and supplementary unit price analyses of 1000 t large-scale tooling and equipment are completed,and the lake of cost system of the 40m simple-supported box girder separation scheme for highspeed railways has been filled.Meanwhile,the economic analyses of the designed schemes and separation of transportation and erection of 40m and 32 m box girder are completed,and the corresponding economic comparison and selection ideas of design schemes are put forward according to the specific design examples,which can be used as a reference for the design of similar construction projects.
