摘 要:为提高城市公共交通体系的整体运行效率,建立基于可拓云模型的轨道交通与接驳公交换乘综合评价模型,解决轨道交通与接驳公交换乘评价过程中的随机性、模糊性问题,使得换乘评价结果更贴近实际。从多角度确定轨道交通与接驳公交换乘评价指标体系,运用层次分析法与熵权法组合赋权确定综合权重,同时依据可拓云计算规则求出评价指标云的数字特征及综合评价等级确定度,并利用可信度因子检验评价结果,得到轨道交通与接驳公交换乘综合评价等级。最后,以昆明市呈贡新区段轨道站点为例确定其换乘水平等级,并根据评价结果提出改善其换乘水平的有关对策。研究结果表明:该方法和模型在轨道交通与接驳公交换乘综合评价中具有较好的可行性和适用性。In order to improve the overall operation efficiency of the urban public transit system,a comprehensive evaluation model of the rail transit and the feeder transit transfer based on the extensible cloud model is established,which solves the randomness and fuzziness in the evaluation process of the rail transit and the feeder transit transfer,and makes the transfer evaluation results become more closer to the reality.The evaluation index system of the rail transit and the feeder transit transfer is determined from multiple perspectives,and the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method are applied to determine the comprehensive weight.Meanwhile,the digital characteristics and the comprehensive evaluation grade of the evaluation index cloud according to the extension cloud computing rules are calculated,and the comprehensive evaluation grade of the rail transit and the feeder transit transfer is obtained through employing the reliability factor test and evaluation results.Finally,rail stations in Chenggong New Section ofKunming city are taken as examples to determine their transfer levels,and relevant counter measures are proposed to improve their transfer levels according to the evaluation results.The results reveal that this method and model possess good feasibility and applicability in the comprehensive evaluation of the rail transit and the feeder transit transfer.
