摘  要:心理健康教育课程是心理育人的主渠道,建设好心理健康教育课程、增强心理健康教育课的实效性,是心理健康教育的重要工作。该文通过分析民办高校心理健康教育课程建设的困境,结合新时代民办高校学生的心理特点,对心理健康教育课程进行教学改革,在实践中探索课堂体验式教学、课外实践教学、多元化考核“三位一体”的教学模式,以促进心理健康教育工作发展。Mental health education curriculum is the main channel of“psychological education”,so the important work of mental health education is how to construct mental health edu‐cation curriculum and to improve the effectiveness of mental health education curriculum.Through an analysis on the plight of constructing mental health education curriculum in private colleges,and combined with the psychological characteristics of students in private colleges in the new era,this paper conducts the teaching reform of mental health education curriculum,and explores the“three-in-one”teaching pattern in the teaching practice,such as experiential teaching in class,extracurricular practice teaching,diversified evaluation,in order to promote the work of mental health education.
