摘　　要：贯彻落实全面两孩政策,解决当下人口问题,作为政策实施对象的妇女显得格外重要,有关妇女权益法规政策的制定与落实不仅是社会人口健康增长与优化配置的基石,而且能够促进社会法制体系健全。以庆阳市妇女所享有的劳动保障权益、人身权利、婚姻家庭权益三个方面所存在的问题为视角,探究全面两孩政策推动下当前庆阳市妇女权益保护问题的成因及路径选择。To implement the universal two-child policy and solve the current population problem,women who are the targets of policy implementation are particularly important.The formulation and implementation of laws and policies related to women’s rights and interests are not only the cornerstones of the healthy growth and optimal allocation of the social population,but also can promote the improvement of the social legal system.This article studies the causes and solutions of the protection of women’s rights and interests in Qingyang under the universal two-child policy from the perspective of the existing problems in labor security rights,personal rights and marriage and family rights enjoyed by women in Qingyang.
