摘 要:目的了解在护理(安全)不良事件中急诊科护士成为第二受害者的心理体验,为护理管理者开展工作提供参考。方法采用现象学研究,对14名在笔者所在医院急诊科发生不良事件成为第二受害者的护士进行半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对所收集的资料进行分析、整理、归纳提炼出主题。结果共提炼出“事件初始期的心理反应”“事件平复期的心理反应”“作为第二受害者的期望”3个主题。结论急诊科护士在发生不良事件后作为第二受害者会产生负性情绪,护理管理者应该关注第二受害者的心理反应,建立有效的支持系统,减少第二受害者所遭受的伤害,最终确保患者的安全。Objective To explore the psychological experience of emergency nurses as the second victims in adverse events,so as to provide references for related nursing managers.Methods The phenomenological research method was used in this research.Fourteen emergency nurses received semi structural interview as the second victims,and the data were analyzed and summarized to extract the theme.Results Three themes were extracted including the psychological response in the initial stage,the psychological response in the recovery stage and the expectation of the second victims.Conclusion The nurses in the emergency department have negative emotions as the second victims after the occurrence of adverse events.Nursing managers should pay attention to their psychological reactions and reduce the injuries by establishing an effective support system,so as to ensure the safety of patients.
