中药治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的分析中药治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎处方,挖掘用药规律。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普期刊全文数据库及PubMed、Embase数据库建库至2019年10月29日中药治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎的临床研究,建立各期中药数据库。基于中医传承计算平台统计分析初期、成脓期的常用中药、药对和类方。结果纳入112条处方。初期常用药物以蒲公英、柴胡、金银花为主。药物类别以清热、补虚、解表药为主。处方以瓜蒌牛蒡汤和救乳化毒汤为主。成脓期常用药物以蒲公英、赤芍为主。药物类别以补虚、活血化瘀、清热药为主。处方以柴胡清肝汤、阳和汤和透脓散为主。结论中药治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎初期以清为主,成脓期以清、托为主,通法贯穿始末,重在调理肝、脾两脏。Objective To analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating lactational mastitis,and to explore the regularity of medication.Methods The database of Chinese National Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Chinese Biomedical Literature,Weipu,PubMed,and Embase was searched until October 29,2019.Clinical studies on the treatment of lactational mastitis with Chinese medicine were searched,and the Chinese medicine database of each phase was established.Based on the statistical analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,the commonly used Chinese medicines,drug pairs and similar prescriptions in the initial stage and the purulent stage were analyzed.Results 112 prescriptions were included.In the early days,Pugongying(Herba Taraxaci),Chahu(Radix Bupleuri)and Jinyinhua(Flos Lonicerae)are the main drugs commonly used.The main types of medicines are heat-clearing,tonic,and anti-expression medicines.The main prescriptions are Gualou Niubang Decoction and Jiuru Huadu Decoction.The commonly used drugs in the purulent stage are mainly Pugongying(Herba Taraxaci)and Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra).The main types of drugs are tonic,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and clearing away heat.The main prescriptions are Chaihu Qinggan Decoction,Yanghe Decoction and Toupu Powder.Conclusion The primary Chinese medicine in oral treatment is antipyretics,with reinforcing drugs concerted.Heat-clearing method are essential in inflammation at the initial stage,and heat-clearing method and tonifying method are essential in purulent stage.The general method runs through the beginning and the end,and the focus is on regulating the liver and spleen.
