产后逐瘀胶囊联合穴位艾灸治疗产后恶露不绝的疗效及对凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨产后逐瘀胶囊联合穴位艾灸治疗产后恶露不绝的疗效及对凝血功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月周口市中医院收治的产后恶露不绝患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组给予缩宫、抗感染等常规治疗,在此基础上治疗组给予产后逐瘀胶囊联合穴位艾灸治疗。对两组患者临床疗效、中医证候症状积分、子宫三径线之和、恶露持续时间、恶露量、凝血功能指标水平进行分析和比较。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率与对照组比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组中医症状积分与对照组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组子宫三径线之和与对照组比较明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组恶露持续时间、恶露量与对照组比较明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血浆D-D二聚体、纤维蛋白原与对照组比较明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后逐瘀胶囊联合穴位艾灸治疗产后恶露不绝的疗效显著,能有效减少恶露持续时间、恶露量,改善凝血功能。Objective To study the curative effect of Zhuyu capsule combined with acupoint moxibustion in the treatment of postpartum lochia and its effect on blood coagulation function.Methods A total of 100 patients with postpartum lochia who were admitted from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatments such as contractions and anti-infection.On this basis,the treatment group was given Chuanzhuyu Capsule combined with acupoint moxibustion.The two groups of clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome symptom score,the sum of the three lines of the uterus,the duration of lochia,the amount of lochia,and blood coagulation function index levels were analyzed and compared.ResultsThe total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sum of the three diameter lines of the uterus in the treatment group was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).The duration of lochia and the amount of lochia in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma D-D dimer and fibrinogen in the treatment group decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with acupoint moxibustion can effectively reduce the duration and amount of lochia and improve coagulation function.
