摘 要:试验研究中药"增乳保健散"对奶牛产奶性能和血清生化指标的影响。选取20头年龄、体重、胎次、泌乳日和产奶量相近,健康的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1头奶牛。对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组每头奶牛分别在饲喂基础日粮基础上添加100、200、300 g/d中药"增乳保健散"。预试期7 d,正式试验期46 d。结果显示,饲料中添加不同剂量的中药增乳保健散,奶牛的泌乳量均有所增加,试验Ⅱ组奶牛奶产量最高。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组奶牛血清催乳素(PRL)含量极显著升高(P<0.01),四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)、促生长素(GH)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组奶牛血清丙二醛(MDA)含量极显著下降(P<0.01),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)极显著升高(P<0.01);试验Ⅱ组奶牛血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,中药增乳保健散可以有效提高泌乳牛的产奶量,增强机体抗氧化能力。The experiment studied the effect of Chinese medicine ’Zengrubaojiansan’ on milk production performance and serum biochemical index of dairy cows. 20 healthy Holstein cows with similar age, weight, parity, lactation day and milk yield were selected and divided into four group, with five replicates in each group and one dairy cow in each replicate. The dairy cows in control group were fed with basal diet, and experimental groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with100, 200, 300 g/d Chinese medicine ’Zengrubaojiansan’ for each cow on the basis of the basal diet. The pre-test period lasted for 7 d, and the formal test period lasted for 46 d. The results showed that when different doses of Chinese medicine ’Zengrubaojiansan’ were added to the feed, the milk production of dairy cows increased to some extent, the milk yield in experimental group Ⅱ was the highest. Compared with the control group, the content of serum prolactin(PRL) of dairy cows in experimental group Ⅱ was extremely increased(P<0.01), the content of serum tetraiodothyronine(T4) and serum growth-promoting hormone(GH) were significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum malondialdehyde(MDA) content of the dairy cows in experimental group Ⅲ was extremely decreased(P<0.01),and the activity of serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) was extremely increased(P<0.01). The serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of dairy cows in experimental group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that Chinese medicine ’Zengrubaojiansan’ can effectively improve the milk production of lactating cows and effectively increase the body’s antioxidant capacity.
