摘 要:试验研究不同粗纤维原料组合对肉羊生长性能、采食行为和养分表观消化率的影响。试验选用40头健康状况良好、体重相近的杜泊羊(♂)与湖羊(♀)杂交F1代公羊,随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只羊。对照组粗纤维原料为100%干玉米秸秆,其余试验组分别采用青贮玉米秸秆、花生秧、地瓜秧和小麦秸秆替代对照组粗饲料中50%的干玉米秸秆。预试期3d,正式试验期28d。结果显示,不同粗纤维饲料原料营养成分变化较大。50%地瓜秧组和50%花生秧组肉羊的粗饲料日采食量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。干玉米秸秆和50%麦秸组肉羊站立采食时间显著低于50%地瓜秧和50%花生秧组(P<0.05),麦秸组肉羊站立休息时间显著高于50%青贮玉米秸秆组(P<0.05)。在各试验组中,地瓜秧组肉羊表观消化率最高,麦秸组最低。研究表明,肉羊常规粗饲料原料中,优质粗纤维饲料为地瓜秧和花生秧,较差的粗纤维饲料为麦秸,玉米秸秆青贮能增加粗纤维饲料利用率。The experiment studied the effect of different combinations of crude fiber materials on growth performance,feeding behavior and nutrient apparent digestibility of meat sheep. In the experiment, 40 Dorper(♂) and Hu(♀) hybrid male sheep with health status and similar weight were randomly divided into five groups, with eight replicates in each group and one sheep in each replicate. The crude fiber materials in control group was 100% dry corn stover, and the remaining groups used silage corn stalks, peanut seedlings, sweet potato vine and wheat straw to replace 50% of the dry corn stalks. The pre-test period lasted for 3 d, and the trial period lasted for 28 d. The results showed that the nutrient composition of different crude fiber materials changed greatly. The average daily crude feed intake in 50% sweet potato vine group and 50% peanut stems group were significantly increased than those of other groups(P<0.05). Time of standing feeding in corn straw group and 50% wheat straw group were significantly increased than those of 50% sweet potato vine group and 50% peanut stems group(P<0.05). Time of standing rest in treatment of 50% wheat straw group was significantly increased than that of 50% silage corn straw group(P<0.05). In experimental group, the apparent digestibility of sheep in the sweet potato vine group was the highest, and that in wheat straw group was the lowest. The experiment indicates that among common crude fiber materials in sheep, sweet potato vine and peanut stems shows high quality, and wheat straw shows lower quality. Corn straw silage can increase the utilization of crude fiber materials in sheep.
