摘 要:试验研究日粮中添加不同水平的果寡糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响。试验选取240头21日龄、体重相近、健康的断奶仔猪,按照单因素完全随机设计,分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组断奶仔猪饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组断奶仔猪分别饲喂添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%果寡糖的基础日粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,试验2组断奶仔猪的末重显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05),料重比极显著低于对照组和试验1组(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组断奶仔猪的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),腹泻率极显著降低(P<0.01)。试验2组和3组断奶仔猪的免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05),试验组断奶仔猪的免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组和3组断奶仔猪的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组断奶仔猪回肠中的乳酸杆菌数量显著升高(P<0.05),试验2组断奶仔猪回肠双歧杆菌数量显著升高(P<0.05),果寡糖组断奶仔猪回肠中大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在断奶仔猪日粮添加果寡糖可以改善其生长性能,提高免疫力,调节肠道菌群结构,改善肠道健康,且果寡糖在断奶仔猪日粮中最适添加量为0.2%。The experiment studied the effect of adding different levels of fructooligosaccharides in diets on growth performance, immune function and intestinal flora of weaned piglets. In the experiment, 240 piglets of 21 days old with similar body weight and healthy weaned piglets were selected. According to a single factor completely random design, the piglet were divided into four groups with six replicates in each group and ten piglets in each replicate. Weaned piglets in control group were fed with corn-soybean meal basal diets. Weaned piglets in experimental group 1, experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 were fed with 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.3% fructooligosaccharide diets in basal diet. The trial pre-feeding period lasted for 7 d, and the formal trial lasted for 28 d. The results showed that the final weight of weaned piglets in experimental group 2 was significantly higher than that of control group and experimental group 1(P<0.05), and the feed-to-weight ratio was extremely lower than that of control group and experimental group 1(P<0.01). Compared with control group, the average daily gain of weaned piglets in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05), the diarrhea rate was extremely decreased(P<0.01). The IgA content of weaned piglets in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 was significantly higher than that of control group and experimental group 1(P<0.05), the IgG content of weaned piglets in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the TNF-α content of weaned piglets in experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).
