摘 要:试验研究β-甘露聚糖酶和丁酸梭菌对产蛋后期鹌鹑产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响。选用4 032只300日龄健康产蛋鹌鹑,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复168只。对照组鹌鹑饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加120 mg/kgβ-甘露聚糖酶、200 mg/kg丁酸梭菌。预试期7 d,正式试验期42 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮添加120 mg/kgβ-甘露聚糖酶和200 mg/kg丁酸梭菌对鹌鹑的存活率、产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日采食量、平均日产蛋重、料蛋比均无显著影响(P>0.05),但有降低软壳蛋率的趋势(P=0.053)。添加120 mg/kg β-甘露聚糖酶和200 mg/kg丁酸梭菌对试验第21 d的蛋重、蛋形指数、蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加200 mg/kg丁酸梭菌可以显著改善鹌鹑第42 d的蛋壳强度(P<0.05),对蛋重、蛋形指数和蛋壳厚度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,在鹌鹑产蛋后期添加120 mg/kgβ-甘露聚糖酶和200 mg/kg丁酸梭菌均可显著提高蛋壳强度,有降低软蛋率的趋势。The experiment studied effect of β-mannanase and Clostridium butyricum on laying performance and egg quality of quails in the later laying period. 4 032 healthy egg-laying quails aged 300 days were selected and randomly divided into three groups, with eight replicates in each group and 168 quails in each replicate. The quails in control group were fed with basal diet, and the experimental groups were fed with 120 mg/kg β-mannanase and 200 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum, respectively. The pre-feeding period lasted for 7 d, and the formal feeding period lasted for 42 d. The results showed that compared with control group, there was no significant difference in survival rate, laying rate, average egg weight, average daily feed intake, average daily egg weight and feed egg ratio in 120 mg/kg β-mannanase group and200 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum group in diets(P>0.05), but there was a tendency to reduce the soft-shell egg rate(P=0.053). Dietary supplementation with 120 mg/kg β-mannanase and 200 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum had no significant effect on egg weight, egg-shaped index, eggshell strength and eggshell thickness on the 21 st day of the experiment(P>0.05). Dietary supplementation with 200 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum significantly increased the eggshell strength on the 42 nd day(P<0.05), but had no significant effect on egg weight, egg-shaped index and eggshell thickness(P>0.05). The experiment indicates that the addition of 120 mg/kg β-mannanase and 200 mg/kg Clostridium butyricum to quail eggs at the later stage of laying can significantly improve the strength of eggshell and reduce the tendency of soft egg rate.
