摘 要:针对北京市郊区各地区室外气象参数的差异性,依据近远郊区10个地区近5年的历史气象数据,对供暖室外计算温度进行折算,并对各地区的采暖设计热负荷指标进行修正。以修正的采暖设计热负荷指标为基准,挑选房山、门头沟、怀柔、平谷等4个地区300多个居住建筑为研究对象,统计分析不同建筑节能水平条件下,实际供热负荷情况,分析节能潜力,提出改进建议,为今后发展北京郊区供热提供参考。In view of the differences of winter outdoor meteorological parameters in Beijing suburban areas, this paper revised the outdoor calculated heating temperature based on the historical meteorological data of ten areas in the near and far suburbs in the past five years, and modified the design heating load index of each area. Based on the modified design heating heat load index, more than 300 residential buildings in Fangshan, Mentougou, Huairou and Pinggu were selected as the research object. The actual heating loads under different building energy-saving levels were statistically analyzed.The energy-saving potential was analyzed. And improvement suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the future development of heating in Beijing suburbs areas.
