摘　　要：目的评估杭州市健康人群W135群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitidis,Nm)抗体水平。方法采用年龄分层随机抽样于2018年10月选择杭州市0-59岁(9个年龄组)健康人群,采集血清标本;采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测W135群Nm IgG抗体,分析抗体阳性率和几何平均浓度(Geometric mean concentration,GMC)。结果调查对象W135群Nm IgG抗体总阳性率、GMC分别为28.43%(85/299)、1.23μg/mL。各年龄组W135群Nm IgG抗体阳性率在0.00%(30-39岁)-72.73%(3-4岁)之间(χ^(2)=73.14,P<0.001);含W135群Nm成分疫苗0剂次、1剂次、2剂次、不详免疫史人群的W135群Nm IgG抗体阳性率分别为27.97%、72.73%、66.67%、17.93%(χ^(2)=38.17,P<0.001)。结论杭州市0-59岁健康人群W135群Nm IgG抗体水平偏低,人群易感性高。Objective To evaluate levels of IgG antibody against serogroup W135 Neisseria meningitides(Nm)among a healthy population in Hangzhou city.Methods We used an age-stratified random sampling method to select a 0-59-year-old healthy population(in nine age strata)in October 2018.We obtained serum samples to measure IgG antibody against serogroup W135 Nm with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for analyses of positivity rates and geometric mean concentrations(GMCs)of IgG.Results The overall positivity rate and GMC of IgG antibody against serogroup W135 Nm among subjects were 28.43%(85/299)and 1.23μg/mL.By age group,positivity rates ranged from 0.00%among 30-39-year-olds to 72.73%among 3-4-year-olds(χ^(2)=73.14,P<0.001).Positivity rates for subjects who had received 0,1,2,and unknown doses of serogroup W135 containing vaccine were 27.97%,72.73%,66.67%,and 17.93%(χ^(2)=38.17,P<0.001).Conclusions IgG antibody levels against serogroup W135 Nm were low among a 0-59-year-old healthy population in Hangzhou;the population is highly susceptible to serogroup W135 Nm.
