摘  要:目的了解2015-2020年流行季河北省儿童流感样病例(ILI)的流感病毒型别特征。方法在河北省28家哨点医院收集2015年4月至2020年3月0-14岁儿童ILI,采集咽拭子标本,采用Real-time PCR检测流感病毒核酸,分析检测阳性率。结果调查对象流感病毒核酸检测总阳性率为15.51%(7053/45487),其中A(H1N1)、A(H3N2)、B、混合型流感病毒阳性率分别为5.21%、5.41%、4.85%、0.04%。0岁、1-2岁、3-5岁、6-14岁流感病毒阳性率分别为7.25%、12.16%、17.50%、19.15%(χ^(2)=535.28,P=0.000)。2015-2016年、2016-2017年、2017-2018年、2018-2019年、2019-2020年流行季流感病毒阳性率分别为16.36%、13.99%、18.11%、15.87%、13.03%,季节高峰分别在2月、2月、1月、1月、12月。结论2015-2020年流行季河北省0-14儿童流感发病风险随年龄增长而增高,A(H1N1)、A(H3N2)和B型为单独或共同流行的流感病毒优势亚型,呈冬春季流行高峰。Objective To determine the types of influenza virus causing influenza-like illness(ILI)in children during the 2015-2020 influenza seasons in Hebei province.Methods We recruited 0-14-year-old children with ILI in 28 sentinel hospitals of Hebei from April 2015 to March 2020 and obtained throat swabs to detect influenza virus nucleic acid using real-time PCR for an analysis of viral etiology.Results Among the 45487 subjects,15.51%(7053)were positive for influenza nucleic acid.Positivity rates for influenza A(H1 N1),A(H3 N2),B,and mixed types were 5.21%,5.41%,4.85%,and 0.04%.Positivity rates of influenza virus among 0-,1-2-,3-5-,and 6-14-year-olds were 7.25%,12.16%,17.50%,and 19.15%(χ^(2)=535.28,P=0.000).Positivity rates for the 2015-2016,2016-2017,2017-2018,2018-2019,and 2019-2020 seasons were 16.36%,13.99%,18.11%,15.87%,and 13.03%,with peaks in February,February,January,January,and December.Conclusions The risk of influenza infection among 0-14-year-old children increased with increasing age during the 2015-2020 influenza seasons in Hebei.Influenza A(H1 N1),A(H3 N2),and B,circulating alone or co-circulating,were the dominant influenza virus types;positivity peaked in winter-spring seasons.
