摘　　要：目的比较成人和儿童乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗(Japanese encephalitis attenuated live vaccine,JE-L)预防接种不良反应发生率。方法通过中国和甘肃省免疫规划信息管理系统收集甘肃省2019-2020年JE-L预防接种不良反应个案和接种信息,比较40-74岁成人和0-14岁儿童JE-L不良反应报告发生率。结果甘肃省2019-2020年40-74岁成人、0-14岁儿童JE-L预防接种不良反应报告发生率分别为19.89/10万剂(81例)、214.14/10万剂(2798例)(RR=0.09,95%CI:0.07-0.12);其中一般反应分别为19.89/10万剂(81例)、213.99/10万剂(2796例),异常反应分别为0.00/10万剂、0.15/10万剂(2例)。结论JE-L预防接种不良反应发生率在可接受范围内,且多为轻微反应;成人不良反应发生率低于儿童。Objective To compare the incidence of adverse reactions after vaccination with Japanese encephalitis attenuated live vaccine(JE-L)between adults and children.Methods We obtained doses administered data and adverse reaction data after JE-L vaccination during 2019-2020 in Gansu province from the Chinese and Gansu immunization information management systems.We compared incidence of JE-L adverse reactions between 40-74-year-olds and 0-14-year-olds.Results Incidences per 100000 doses of adverse reactions after JE-L vaccination during 2019-2020 in Gansu were 19.89(81 cases)among 40-74-year-olds and 214.14(2798 cases)among 0-14-year-olds(RR=0.09,95%CI:0.07-0.12).Incidences per 100000 doses for common adverse reactions were 19.89(81 cases)among 40-74-year-olds and 213.99(2796 cases)among 0-14-year-olds,and for rare adverse reactions were 0.00 and 0.15(2 cases).Conclusions The overall incidence of adverse reactions after JE-L vaccination was acceptable with most reactions being mild;incidence was lower in adults than in children.
