后疫情时代河南省高校大学生精准就业能力“云”提升策略探究

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情增加了我国经济社会发展环境下"面对面"就业模式的不确定性,而"云就业"模式悄然成为后疫情时代大学生求职的阶段性新特征。本文以河南省高校大学生精准"云就业"能力提升为出发点,探索"课程+实践+服务+技术"的大学生精准就业"云"平台。"云就业"平台致力于打造必修课与选修课协同的"云就业"课程体系,构建课上实践与课下实践同向的"云就业"实践体系,健全便捷性与个性化融合的"云就业"服务体系,组建技术过硬与服务性强的"云就业"工作团队,切实提升后疫情时代大学生"云就业"能力的精准性,有效实现河南高校大学生的高质量、充分的就业。The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 is profoundly changing the"face-to-face"employment mode of college students,and the"screen-to-screen"employment mode has quietly become a new trend of college students’job interview in the post-epidemic era.In this paper,starting from the improvement of college students’ability of accurate"cloud employment"in Henan Province,we explore the"cloud"platform of"course+practice+service+technology"for college students’accurate employment.The"cloud employment"platform creates a"cloud employment"curriculum system in which compulsory courses and elective courses are coordinated,constructs a"cloud employment"practice system in which class practice and after-class practice are in the same direction,and improves the"cloud employment"service system that integrates convenience and individuality.Establish a"cloud employment"work team with excellent technology and strong service,effectively improve the accuracy of"cloud employment"ability in the post-epidemic era,and effectively realize high-quality and full employment of college students in Henan.
