摘　　要：在侵染葡萄的病毒中葡萄病毒属成员占比最高,截至目前,侵染葡萄的葡萄病毒属病毒有12种。从病症、寄主范围、传播介体等生物学特性,基因组结构、多样性等分子特征,病毒基因组编码基因的致病机制等方面综述了侵染葡萄的葡萄病毒属成员的研究现状,并展望了未来的研究方向,以期为葡萄病毒属病毒的有效防控提供理论依据。Account for the highest proportion among the viral pathogens infecting grapevines, 12 viruses of grapevines have been discovered to belong to the genus vitivirus. In this work we reviewed the 12 vitiviruses from three aspects, including the biological properties of disease symptoms, range of host plants, and insect vectors, the molecular characterization of genome organization and genetic diversity, and the pathogenesis. We also pointed out the potential research direction for vitivirus in future. We expected that the work can offer data and information for effective effective prevention and control of the vitiviruses.
