摘 要:为了满足渤海油田疏松砂岩储层高效开发的需求,解除近井地带污染,增强低渗层导流能力,实现防砂、增产、调剖和控水等多重目的,对疏松砂岩裂缝起裂与延伸机理进行了研究,并以S油田为例,研究了压裂充填对生产的影响,同时对液压锁定器、顶部封隔器总成、充填短节旁通孔及反循环流道等进行了优化,形成了适用于φ244.5和φ177.8 mm套管的一趟多层压裂充填防砂工艺技术并进行了现场应用。研究及应用结果表明:交联类型的压裂液滤失量小、压裂液效率高、易形成平整的短宽缝,有利于进行压裂充填作业;压裂充填完井与常规砾石充填完井相比,压裂充填完井可解除近井地带污染,增强低渗层导流能力,达到增产、调剖和控水等多重目的;一趟多层压裂防砂工艺技术可满足4层压裂充填防砂完井作业要求。所得结论可为渤海油田疏松砂岩的高效开发提供新思路。In order to meet the needs of efficient development of loose sandstone reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield,remove the pollution near wellbore,enhance the conductivity of low permeability layers,and achieve multiple purposes of sand control,production increase,profile control and water control,the fracture initiation and extension mechanisms of loose sand were studied.Then,taking the Well S for example,the influence of fracturing filling on production was studied.And finally,the hydraulic lock device,top packer assembly,filling nipple by-pass port and reverse circulation channel were optimized,and one-trip multi-layer filling sand control technology was formed and applied in the field.The study and application results show that the cross-linked fracturing fluid has small filter loss,high fracturing efficiency,and is easy to form flat short and wide fractures,which is favorable for conducting fracturing filling operation;compared with the conventional gravel filling completion,the fracturing filling completion can remove the pollution near wellbore,enhance the flow conductivity of low permeability layers,and achieve multiple purposes such as production increase,profile control and water control;and one-trip multiple fracturing sand control technology can meet the requirements of 4-layer fracturing filling sand control completion.The study conclusions provide new ideas for the efficient development of loose sandstone reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield.
