摘  要:人工井壁防砂技术不需要找刺漏点且不影响原井防砂通径,在筛管刺漏出砂井的治理中应用逐年增多。为了研究人工井壁防砂技术的适用条件以及影响其施工效果的因素和权重,对渤海油田17口生产井人工井壁防砂技术应用情况进行总结,梳理了地质因素、原井参数、施工参数以及生产制度等4大影响因素,利用灰色关联度分析方法将不同的影响因素对产能恢复的影响进行权重分析。分析结果表明:影响因素权重依次为含泥质量分数>施工流速=防砂段筛管容积>生产压差>防砂段长度>铺砂浓度;对于采用人工井壁防砂技术治理的筛管破损井应严格分析其适用性,储层含泥质量分数影响人工井壁防砂效果的敏感性较大,特别是针对储层含泥质量分数大于20%的井应慎重选择;大排量高流速挤注充填会破坏原井筒近井地带防砂方式,人工井壁防砂作业建议以小排量低砂比进行。所得结论可为人工井壁防砂技术的普及提供理论支持。The artificial borehole wall sand control technology does not require to look for puncturing and leaking points and does not affect the sand control drift diameter of the original well,it is increasingly used in the treatment of sandy wells resulted from puncturing and leaking of screen pipe year by year.In order to study the applicable conditions of the artificial borehole wall sand control technology and the factors and weights affecting its implementation effect,this article investigated the application of the technology in 17 production wells of the Bohai Oilfield,studied the 4 relevant affecting factors such as geological factor,original well parameter,operation parameter and production systems,and used the gray correlation analysis method to conduct weight analysis on the effect of different affecting factors on the restoration of the productivity.The analysis results show that the weight of affecting factors is as follows in turn:argilliferous mass fraction>operation flow rate=screen pipe volume of sand control section>drawdown pressure>sand control section length>sanding concentration;as for screen pipe failure well treated by artificial borehole wall sand control technology,its applicability should be strictly analyzed,the argilliferous mass fraction of reservoir has a great influence on the sand control effect of artificial borehole wall,so the technology should be cautiously selected for the well with argilliferous mass fraction of reservoir more than 20%;large displacement and high flow rate squeezing and filling would destroy the sand control mode near the original wellbore,so it is proposed to conduct squeezing operation with small displacement and low proppant concentration in artificial borehole wall sand control operation.The conclusions provide theoretical support for the popularization of the artificial borehole wall sand control technology.
