摘  要:针对库车山前储层改造液体体系尚未开展系统的摩阻性能测试及分析的问题,研制了大型连续管液体摩阻测试系统 。采用该系统测试了库车山前常用8种储层改造液摩阻性能,将试验结果与流体力学原理相结合进行理论推导,建立了试验用连续 管-现场压裂管柱液体摩阻压降转换数学模型。将该数学模型在库车山前K2压裂井中进行实例验证,验证结果表明:在压裂施工排 量为2 m^(3) /min下,井下压力计测量的压裂液管柱总摩阻压降为11.38 MPa,用该数学模型计算总摩阻压降为11.56 MPa,两者误 差在5%以内。因此,该数学模型可靠,可以实现现场施工泵压的准确预测,对库车山前超高压油气井储层改造设计及施工具有重 要指导意义。In view of the problem that systematic friction performance test and analysis have not been carried out for the reservoir stimulation fluid system in Kuqa piedmont,a large coiled tubing fluid friction test system was developed.The system was used to test the friction performance of 8 reservoir stimulation fluids commonly used in Kuqa piedmont;the test results were combined with the principle of fluid mechanics to carry out theoretical derivation,and the mathematical model of fluid friction conversion between coiled tubing and field fracturing string for test was built.The mathematical model was verified in K2 fracturing well in Kuqa piedmont,showing that at 2 m 3/min displacement of fracturing operation,the total friction of fracturing fluid string measured by downhole pressure gauge is 11.38 MPa,while the total friction calculated by the mathematical model is 11.56 MPa,and the error between them is less than 5%.Therefore,the mathematical model is reliable,can realize accurate prediction on pump pressure in field operation,and has important guiding significance for the reservoir stimulation design and operation of ultrahigh pressure oil and gas wells in Kuqa piedmont.
