摘  要:为将高灰高铁的液化残渣应用于气流床气化装置,利用灰熔点测试仪、热力学计算软件FactSage和高温旋转黏度计,研究了哈密煤(HM)、液化残渣(DCLR)及两者混配(质量比分别为1∶2,1∶1和2∶1)后混合物的煤灰熔融温度、煤灰矿物质组成及黏温特性。结果表明:HM和DCLR熔渣具有较强的结晶倾向,不适合单独作为气流床气化原料。HM与DCLR混配可调控灰化学组成,改善灰熔点与熔渣类型。当HM和DCLR的质量比为2∶1时(样品记为H2D1),灰样的流动温度较DCLR灰样的流动温度低88℃,黄长石与长石发生低温共熔是其灰熔点较低的主要原因。样品H2D1熔渣呈现出玻璃渣的特征,其最佳操作温度范围(t 2-t 25)达150℃,有利于气化炉排渣,可使气化炉在更经济的操作温度下运行。To apply the direct coal liquefaction residue(DCLR)with high ash and iron contents in the entrained-flow gasifiers,the ash fusion temperatures(AFTs),ash mineral composition and viscosity-temperature characteristics of the Hami coal(HM)and DLCR and blendings of them(the mass ratios corresponding to 1∶2,1∶1 and 2∶1)were studied by using the ash-fusion point meter,thermodynamic software FactSage and high-temperature rotating viscometer,respectively.The results show that the HM and DCLR slags have a strong crystallization tendency and are not suitable for being used as the feedstock for the entrained-flow gasifier.By blending the HM and DCLR,the chemical composition of the ash is adjusted and the ATFs and the type of the slag are optimized.When the mass ratio of the HM to DCLR is 2∶1(sample denoted by H2D1),the flow temperature of the ash sample is 88℃lower than that of the DLCR ash,due to the formation of the low-temperature eutectic of the melilite and feldspar.The slag of the H2D1 behaves as a glassy slag and the operation temperature range(t_(2)-t_(25))is about 150℃,which is beneficial to slag tapping.Under this condition,the gasifier can be operated at a relatively economical temperature.
