摘 要:新生儿臂丛神经损伤多由分娩过程中牵拉性损伤所致,诊治不及时患儿会遗留不同程度的肢体功能障碍。随着磁共振技术的不断发展,臂丛神经磁共振成像技术在成人已较为成熟。儿童,尤其新生儿臂丛神经磁共振成像技术应用研究刚刚开始起步,笔者通过文献学习及结合保定市儿童医院新生儿臂丛神经损伤的磁共振显像临床应用经验,对新生儿臂丛神经损伤的磁共振显像技术的最新进展和质量控制内容予以综述,以期提高新生儿臂丛神经损伤核磁扫描技术。Brachial plexus injury in neonates is mostly caused by traction injury in the process of delivery.If the diagnosis and treatment is not timely,children will leave different degrees of limb dysfunction.With the continuous development of magnetic resonance technology,brachial plexus magnetic resonance imaging technology has been more mature in adults.Children,especially neonates brachial plexus magnetic resonance imaging technology application research has just started,the author through the literature study and combined with our hospital neonatal brachial plexus injury of magnetic resonance imaging clinical application experience,the neonatal brachial plexus injury of magnetic resonance imaging technology to review the latest progress and quality control,in order to improve the technique of neonatal brachial plexus nerve MRI scan.
