摘　　要：目的:总结卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤(ovarian thecoma,OT)的MRI影像特征,提高MRI诊断准确率。方法:回顾性分析24例OT患者的MRI影像、临床及病理资料,并对MRI信号特征与组织病理形态学表现行相关性分析。结果:24例患者MRI均表现为边界清晰的卵巢肿块,21例单侧,3例双侧,共27个卵巢肿块,呈类圆形或分叶状;实性肿块18个,囊实性肿块9个;T2WI呈低信号10个,高低混杂信号17个,增强扫描示病灶实体部分呈轻度强化14个。结论:OT的MRI表现具有一定特征性,有助于OT的诊断,结合临床表现及实验室检查,提高诊断准确率。Objective To investigate MRI imaging characteristics of ovarian thecoma(OT),and to improve the accuracy of MRI diagnosis.Methods The MRI images,clinical and pathological data were retrospectively analyzed of in 24 patients with OT,and the correlation between MRI signal characteristics and histopathological morphology was analyzed.Results MRI revealed unilateral ovarian mass in 21 patients,and bilateral ovarian mass in 3 patients.There were 27 ovarian mass with clear boundaries,oval shape or lobular.There were 18 solid masses and 9 cystic solid masses.Ten ovarian masses revealed low signals and 17ovarian masses mixed signals on T2WI.Contrast enhancement scanning displayed mid enhancement in 14 ovarian masses.Conclusion MRI has certain characteristics,which is helpful for the diagnosis of OT.Combined with clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations,more accurate diagnosis can be made.
