摘　　要：目的:比较慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后鼻纤维内镜与CT多平面重建(MPR)的检查价值。方法:收集2018年1月-2020年3月于重庆市巴南区第四人民医院确诊的52例鼻窦炎术后患者,在术后半个月、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月同时进行鼻纤维内镜采以及鼻窦CT多平面重建(MPR)检查,观察患者术后鼻甲、鼻中隔、各组鼻窦窦腔情况、息肉复发情况,以及患者对两项检查的舒适度进行问卷调查。结果:在显示患者术后鼻甲、鼻中隔、各组鼻窦窦腔情况、息肉复发情况方面,鼻窦CT多平面重建检查与鼻内镜检查符合率为100%;在检查患者的舒适度方面,鼻窦CT多平面重建优于鼻内镜检查。结论:鼻窦CT多平面重建检查,可以作为替代慢性鼻窦炎术后随诊的首选检查方法。Objective To compare the value of nasal fiber endoscopy with CT multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)after sinusitis endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods From January 2018 to March 2020,52 patients with postoperative sinusitis in the Fourth People's Hospital of Banan District of Chongqing city were collected.At the same time,nasal fiber endoscopy and CT multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)were performed half a month,one month,three months,six months and 12 months after the operation,and the comfort of the patients in the two examinations were investigated by questionnaire.Results The coincidence rate of CT MPR and endoscopy was 100%in showing the status of turbinate,nasal Septum,sinus cavity and polyp recurrence after operation,CT multiplanar reconstruction of paranasal sinuses is better than endoscopy.Conclusion CT MPR of the paranasal sinuses can be used as the first choice for the follow-up examination after sinusitis operation.
