摘 要:在深水条件下的压差效应会对海底管道系统水压试验中的水下设备造成影响。结合水下阀门、水下连接器的密封特点,介绍了确定水下设备水压试验压力的指导性要求。引入API 17TR11—2015《Pressure Effects on Subsea Hardware during Flowline Pressure Testing in Deep Water》,介绍了5种深水压力试验水下设备压差效应情况。结合API 17TR12—2015《Consideration of External Pressure in the Design and Pressure Rating of Subsea Equipment》,介绍了承受外压情况下水下设备的评估流程。针对南海某深水气田项目,应用上述原则进行了水下阀门和连接器的压力等级设计计算。The pressure testing of the pipeline system under deep water can affect the subsea equipment due to the differential pressure effect.The guiding requirements for determining the test pressure of subsea equipment combining the sealing characteristics of subsea valves and subsea connectors were introduced.The technical report API 17TR11—2015“Pressure Effects on Subsea Hardware during Flowline Pressure Testing in Deep Water”has been introduced to explain the pressure effect of subsea equipment in the pressure testing of the deepwater pipeline system,which includes 5 different cases on the pressure effects of subsea equipment.The design assessment flow chart of subsea equipment under external pressure,according to API 17TR12—2015“Consideration of External Pressure in the Design and Pressure Rating of Subsea Equipment”was introduced.In view of a specific application of a deepwater gas field project in the South China Sea,with the recommended practice,a safe and economical choice was given for the design of pressure rating of subsea valves and connectors with the above principles.
