摘　　要：云南天安化工有限公司50万t/a合成氨装置自2014-10新增1台冷激气压缩机后,下游煤气化飞灰过滤器滤芯的磨损速度加快,磨损程度加重,使用寿命明显缩短。结合飞灰过滤器设计、运行情况以及存在的问题,分析了滤芯磨损、断裂的根本原因与主要原因。介绍了延长滤芯长度、增大分布器进气支管直径、扩大反吹管喷嘴孔等改造措施及其取得的良好使用效果和经济效益。Since the addition of a cold induced gas compressor in Yunnan Tianan Chemical Co.Ltd.’50×10^(4) t/a ammonia plant in October 2014,the wear speed and wear degree of the downstream coal gasification fly ash filter element have been accelerated,and the service life has been significantly shortened.Combined with the design,operation conditions and existing problems of fly ash filter,the fundamental and main reasons of wear and fracture of filter element are analyzed,and the improvement measures such as lengthening the length of filter element,increasing the diameter of air inlet branch pipe of the distributor,and enlarging the nozzle hole of reverse blowing pipe,as well as the good use effect and economic benefit obtained are introduced.
