摘 要:在正常盐度不同pH、正常pH不同盐度和相同水温23.2~25.7℃的条件下,研究pH和盐度对黑眶蟾蜍变态期蝌蚪的影响。结果表明,当pH为7.6~8.0时,盐度在4.0~7.0 g/L范围内对变态期蝌蚪96 h内存活率无明显影响(均在80%以上),盐度对变态期蝌蚪的24、48、72、96 h TL m值分别为8.99、8.25、7.99和7.64 g/L,安全浓度为2.17 g/L。在不同pH试验条件下,黑眶蟾蜍变态期蝌蚪适宜生存的pH为3.6~10.4,pH对变态期蝌蚪24、48、72、96 h TL m值分别为10.90、10.76、10.57和10.50,最低耐受限为3.21,最高耐受限为12.67。The effects of pH and salinity on tadpoles of Bufo melanostictus Schneider during metamorphosis stage were carried out under the conditions of normal salinity with different pH values,normal pH values with different salinities and the same water temperature of 23.2-25.7℃.The results showed that when the pH value was 7.6-8.0,the salinity in the range of 4.0-7.0 g/L had no significant effect on the survival rate of tadpoles in the metamorphosis stage(all reached more than 80%).TL m values of 24,48,72,96 h were 8.99,8.25,7.99,7.64 g/L,respectively,and the safe concentration was 2.17 g/L.Under different pH experimental conditions,the suitable pH range for tadpoles in metamorphosis stage was 3.6-10.4 and TL m value of pH value were 10.90,10.76,10.57 and 10.50,respectively.The minimum resistance limit was 3.21,the highest resistance limit was 12.67.
