浅谈皮肤科来华留学研究生培养的心得体会及建议

摘　　要：来华留学生培养是中国高等教育的重要组成部分,是提高中国高等教育的国际知名度、中国大学国际化程度的环节之一。皮肤科留学研究生的培养在来华留学生中有一定的需求,但大多数以东南亚来源国和非洲国家为主,其文化背景、医学基础知识差异大,很多不懂中文,缺乏统一的英文或英汉皮肤性病学教材等,这些都给带教老师带来了较大的挑战。该文分享华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉协和医院皮肤科16年来培养皮肤科留学研究生的心得体会:规范教材选择、强化门诊教学及临床病理联系、加强对新技术的学习和动手能力的培养、鼓励主动学习和培养写作精神、鼓励学习汉语。同时,应关心其心理健康。并对提高留学生培养提出部分建议。The cultivation of the international students is an important part of China's higher education,which is also a link to improve the international popularity and internationalization of Chinese universities.There is a certain demand for the cultivation of international graduate students in dermatology.However,most of these students are from Southeast Asia and Africa,whose cultural background and basic medical knowledge differ greatly.Many of them don't understand Chinese and have strong local accent.There is no unified English or English Chinese textbook of Dermatology and Venereology for the cultivation of medical international graduate students.Foregoing circumstances bring great challenges for the teachers.In this paper,we share our 16 years'training experience for dermatology international postgraduates:choose the standard teaching materials,devote attention to clinical training as well as clinicopathological correlation in outpatient department,encourage the practice of new skills,promote active learning and writing ability,and encourage Chinese learning.Meanwhile,their psychologic health should also be concerned.Some suggestions are also put forward to improve the cultivation of international graduate students.
