多发型浅表脂肪瘤样痣一例

摘　　要：27岁女性患者,背部丘疹、结节、斑块27年,逐渐增大3年余。皮肤科情况:左侧背部见数个直径5〜20 mm的肤色丘疹、结节和斑块,簇集分布,部分融合,界限清楚,质地柔软,表面光滑,无压痛。皮损组织病理示:真皮内附属器及血管明显减少,可见较多分化成熟的脂肪细胞团,被胶原纤维束分隔,与正常皮下脂肪组织没有连接。诊断:多发型浅表脂肪瘤样痣。予手术切除加局部皮瓣转移治疗,预后良好。A 27-year-old female presented with masses on back for 27 years,which gradually increased in size for 3 years.Dermatology:Several skin color papules,nodules,and plaques ranged from 5 to 20mm in diameter were located on the left back,which showed cluster distribution pattern and partial fusion,with clear boundary and soft texture,smooth surface and no tenderness.Histopathology of skin lesions:in the dermis,the number of appendages and blood vessels was significantly reduced,and there were masses of well differentiated and mature adipocytes separated by collagen fiber bundles,which had no connection with normal subcutaneous adipose tissue.Diagnosis:Multiple nevus lipomatosus superficialis,and surgical treatment was effective.
