胡须种植眉毛一例

摘　　要：患者男性,36岁,双侧眉毛稀疏5年,头部毛发弥漫性稀疏11年。头发及眉毛拉发试验阴性。皮肤镜检查:头部毛发粗细不均,毛干直径差异大,毳毛增多。甲状腺功能5项及血清铁蛋白检查均正常。诊断:雄激素性脱发伴双侧眉毛稀疏。采用毛囊单位提取技术(follicular unit extraction,FUE)提取140株胡须部毛囊单位种植至眉毛,术后移植毛发成活率高,达到美观效果。A 36-year-old man presented with bilateral eyebrows sparse for 5 years and diffuse hair loss for 11 years.The pull test of hair and eyebrows showed negative reaction.Dermoscopy examination revealed that there were obv ious variation in hair diameter and the number of the vellus hairs increased.The test of thyroid function and serum ferritin levels had no abnormal findings.The final diagnosis was diffuse-type male androgenetic alopecia w ith bilateral eyebrows sparse.By the means of follicular unit extraction,140 follicular units of whiskers were transplanted to bilateral eyebrows,and the postoperation survival rate of the grafts was satisfactory.
