苦丹丸联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨苦丹丸联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的效果及安全性。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月沈阳市第七人民医院收治的200例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为观察组(100例)与对照组(100例),观察组采用苦丹丸联合阿维A胶囊治疗方法,对照组采用常规治疗方法。比较两组的总有效率、炎症因子水平、不良反应发生率、免疫功能。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的白介素-6、白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苦丹丸联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的效果显著,安全性高。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Kudanwan combined with Acitretin Capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vuIgaris.Methods A total of 200 patients with psoriasis vuIgaris admitted to the Seventh People′s Hospital of Shenyang from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases)by random drawing method.The observation group was treated with Kudanwan combined with Acitretin Capsules,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment.The total effective rate,levels of inflammatory factors,incidence of adverse reactions and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6,interleukin-8,tumor necrosis factor-αof the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kudanwan combined with Acitretin Capsules has A remarkable effect and high safety.
