摘  要:目的探讨同伴教育在糖尿病并发症体验工具中的应用效果。方法选取赣州市人民医院2018年5月—2019年5月新确诊的60例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,通过抽签方法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组给予常规糖尿病健康教育,观察组在给予糖尿病健康教育的同时加强同伴教育。比较两组患者干预前后的血糖指标以及干预后的自我管理行为能力评分、护理服务满意率。结果两组患者干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的自我管理行为评分与护理服务满意率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病管理中重视同伴教育在糖尿病并发症体验工具中的应用,能够提高糖尿病患者血糖控制效果与自我管理能力,不断提高服务质量,为糖尿病并发症预防奠定基础。Objective To explore the application effect of peer education in experience tools of diabetic complications.Methods A total of 60 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients in Ganzhou People′s Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)by lottery method.In the control group,routine diabetes health education was used.In the observation group,diabetes health education with strengthened peer education was adopted.Patients′blood glucose indicators before and after intervention,self-management behavior ability score and nursing service satisfaction after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The self-management behavior score and nursing service satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Emphasis on the application of peer education in diabetic complication experience tool in diabetes management can improve the blood glucose control effect and self-management ability of diabetic patients,continuously improve the quality of service,and lay the foundation for the prevention of diabetic complication.
