基于农村地区经济转型升级的新型农业经营主体培育研究

摘　　要：主要以青岛市为例对基于农村地区经济转型升级的新型农业经营主体培育进行了详细分析,首先对青岛市基本情况以及其培育新型农业经营主体的现实意义做了介绍,然后针对新型农业经营主体培育中存在的问题提出了一些有效可行的建议,即切实依据农村经济发展具体状况,为培育新型农业经营主体奠定坚实的基础条件,以制定专项政策、加大资金支持力度等多样化途径健全外部发展环境,从而为农业经济发展提供有力帮助。Taking Qingdao city as an example,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the cultivation of new agricultural management subjects based on the economic transformation and upgrading in rural areas.First,it introduces the basic situation of Qingdao city and the practical significance of cultivating new agricultural management subjects.Then,in view of the problems existing in the cultivation of new agricultural management subjects,some effective and feasible suggestions are put forward.That is,according to the specific situation of rural economic development,we should lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of new agricultural management subjects,formulate special policies,increase financial support,and other diversified ways,so as to improve the external development environment.So as to provide strong help for the development of agricultural economy.
