摘 要:为优化装配式建筑预制构件生产调度问题,从生产供应的角度对预制构件生产流程进行分析,同时考虑生产过程中的资源约束,构建了以生产完工时间和惩罚成本为目标的预制构件生产调度数学模型。设计了一种新颖的多目标混合共生生物搜索算法对模型进行求解,以合理安排预制构件的生产顺序和资源配置,达到降低成本、提高生产效率的目的。通过装配式住宅项目的一个实例验证了模型和算法的有效性。To optimize the production scheduling problem of prefabricated components in prefabricated buildings,the production process of prefabricated components from the perspective of whole production supply of prefabricated component was analyzed,and a mathematical model of production scheduling of prefabricated components with the optimization evaluation criteria of completion time and penalty cost was established by considering the resource constraints in the production process.A novel Multi-Objective Hybrid Symbiotic Organisms Search(MOHSOS)algorithm was designed to solve the model for optimizing the production planning and resource allocation of the prefabricated components to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and improve the production efficiency.The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm was validated by an example of prefabricated housing project.
