摘  要:目的探讨囊袋加压椎体成形术在老年骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折中的临床应用,并评价其安全性和有效性。方法 2017-10/2019-12月,收治40例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,采用囊袋加压椎体成形术治疗。观察术前和术后患者的疼痛和功能改善情况。结果所有入组患者均由同一术者采用单侧穿刺,安全顺利完成手术。术后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale, VAS)较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。X线片及CT观察:术后脊柱高度和Cobb角明显恢复(P<0.05)。骨水泥填充满意。无肺栓塞、骨水泥渗漏、脊髓及神经根损伤。结论囊袋加压椎体成形技术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折可以有效减少骨水泥在椎体后壁渗漏,具有良好的临床疗效和安全性。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of capsular bag compression vertebroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compress fracture. Methods A total of 40 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compress fracture in author′s hospital from October 2017 to December 2019 were treated with capsularbag compression vertebroplasty.The pain and functional improvement were observed preoperation and postoperation. Results All the patients were received unilateral puncture by the same surgeon and successfully completed. The visual analogue scale(VAS) of patients preoperation were higher than those of postoperation. The X-ray and CT showed that the pine height and Cobb angle postoperation were better than those of preoperation. Bone cement filling was satisfactory. Without pulmonary embolism, bone cement leakage, spinal cord and nerve root injury. Conclusion Capsular bag compression vertebroplasty can effectively reduce the leakage of bone cement on the posterior wall of the vertebral body in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compress fracture, which has good clinical efficacy and safety.
